There was once a time where wood dominated the fencing industry here in central florida. Wood lasted 20+ years before you'd have to replace it. However the quality of wood has deteriorated rapidly in the recent years. You'd be lucky to get 8-10 years out of wood now, if you happen to enjoy fence maintenance.

Here is why you'll want to get Vinyl over Wood.
Vinyl will last a lifetime
Because vinyl won't rot, split, crack or warp like the wood will, it is here to stay. A good quality vinyl will be around long after you've decided to pass on the home to your grandkids.
It's Easy to Clean
Vinyl is easy to take care of. No staining or painting required. Simply spritz it down with a biodegradable soap (Like Simple Green) with a pump up sprayer, every couple of months when you know it going to rain and you won't have any issues.
There is Endless Colors and styles to choose from
Don't like the look of White vinyl? We have vinyl that looks like wood and stone, and just about any color you could want.
What to be weary of
Keep in mind that not all vinyl is good vinyl. When looking for vinyl you'll want to make sure you're getting an american made product and that it is 100% virgin material. While the reground and recycled vinyl sounds like a great idea, it has the tendency to grow mold and mildew. Virgin PVC is completely smooth and does not have textures that will accumulate mold and mildew.

Always find out what kind of vinyl you are dealing with. Contractor Grade, American Made, 100% Virgin Vinyl will stay looking gorgeous for years.
